Success Integration Coaching: Recognising that successful integration into a new role is a critical determinant of an executive's long-term retention, RecXec provides personalised coaching for new hires during their first six months. RecXec's onboarding process is strategically planned and executed over 1-3 months, with a sequential introduction of key personnel to ensure a smooth ramp-up and enable a fully functional, in-house leadership recruiting team within this period.
Month 1: An Executive Consultant is onboarded to the client's site. The consultant will begin establishing the recruitment framework, gauging the needs of the client, setting clear objectives, and initiating stakeholder engagement. They will begin direct sourcing while also communicating the client's EVP to enhance its attractiveness to prospective candidates.
Month 2: An Executive Researcher joins the team. The researcher, working closely with the Executive Consultant, deepens the talent pool through thorough research and targeted identification of potential candidates. They will also support direct sourcing efforts, further expanding the range and depth of prospective executive talent.
Month 3: A second Executive Consultant and a Recruitment Coordinator are added to the team. This addition of manpower increases the reach and efficiency of the team. The coordinator handles administrative tasks and scheduling client interviews, freeing up the consultants and researcher to focus on their core functions. The team now has the capacity to deliver 20-30 senior hires per year.
Throughout this process, the team maintains constant, open communication with the client, ensuring the recruitment strategy aligns with the client's evolving needs and expectations. The ultimate goal is to provide a seamless, integrated recruitment service that becomes an extension of the client's organisation.
After the initial 3-month probation period, the RecXec team, now fully ramped up and integrated with the client's organisation, shifts focus towards achieving the targeted hiring goals and maintaining continuous talent pipeline management.
The team will work diligently to fill 20-30 leadership positions in the course of the next nine months by leveraging their deep industry knowledge, proven recruitment methodologies, and the strong relationships established during the probation period.
The post-probation phase is also characterised by a focus on the long-term success of the placements. RecXec does not view its job as complete once a candidate is placed; it invests in the success of the new hires through personalised coaching during their first six months. This focus on onboarding and engagement is designed to foster success in the new roles, support the new hires' integration into the organisation's culture and increase retention rates.
The RecXec team will continuously refine the recruitment strategies as needed utilising data and feedback to adapt to changing circumstances or requirements. The team is always prepared to scale up or down to meet the fluctuating recruitment needs of the client, embodying a truly flexible and adaptable service model.
Communication lines with the client remain open and active ensuring transparency and collaboration at all stages of the recruitment process. The initial contract is for 12 months, with a 4-week get out clause on either side, offering the client flexibility and assurance of service quality. At the end of the contract, the performance is evaluated and the partnership can be renewed or adjusted as per the client's requirements and satisfaction with the service.
The get-out clause in RecXec's client engagement proposal is a provision that allows either party—the client or RecXec—to end the contract with a 4-week notice.
